Heather Pacheco is the owner of HP Adjustments and a licensed Florida Public Adjuster with more than two decades of experience in the Florida insurance industry. She began her career in 2004 as a paralegal on the insurance defense side, gaining an inside understanding of how carriers interpret policies, evaluate files, and make claim decisions.
In 2019, she chose to represent homeowners, bringing that behind-the-scenes knowledge to the people who need it most. Heather personally manages every claim she takes on from initial inspection through resolution, with a straightforward approach built on honesty, clear communication, and documentation that supports what the policy actually allows.
Working alongside Heather is her husband, Ryan Pacheco, a Florida-licensed adjuster with 15+ years of experience writing reconstruction estimates and a lifelong foundation in construction. Ryan started young watching—and then working alongside—his father, a contractor, and that field-based knowledge carries through in every scope he writes.
He is IICRC and Xactimate certified and known for producing accurate, defensible estimates supported by thorough inspections and detailed evidence. When needed, Ryan also leverages tools such as 3D scans and thermal imaging to help identify and support hidden or disputed damage.
